For The Kids:
Each class is taught with great compassion and care, so that every child feels appreciated and that their needs are heard, considered and respected. There is a big emphasis on fun in every class, with yoga games and stories to delight the shyest child to the more outgoing student. Kids make new yoga friends outside of their own peer group in the Kids Yoga Studio classes.
Each class is run as a course within school terms, and builds progressively from week to week, building confidence with the more challenging poses. 
For The Adults:
Practice playful, bonding yoga with your baby whilst working on toning and strengthening your postpartum body, and nurturing your mind, body and soul with yoga. Meet other yogini Mums and Bubs. All levels of experience including absolute beginners welcome. What a delightful way to start each week for mummy and baby! Classes include:
* Baby yoga engagement that caters for babies needs in the given moment. * Special bonding experiences for Mums and Bubs through yoga. * Strengthening pelvic floor, abdomen and lower back for Mum. * Realign and rebalance your body, releasing muscle tension and soreness. * Restful, restorative and recuperative yoga for pure exhaustion. * Poses for nursing and for soothing colic. * Yoga practices for home use.
The classes are run by Kylie Peters, Director and Founder of Simply Kids Yoga.
