Terms of Use Orders Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days from the date placed and monies received. Some delays may be experienced during busy periods (such as Christmas, Holidays, Trade Shows, etc). Stock Whilst we try to keep pieces in stock at all times, this is not always achievable. If demand surpasses supply, we will endeavour to commission more pieces as quickly as possible, so please keep checking to see whether we have received a new shipment! We will advise customers within Two Days if products are not available. Payment We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard and PayPal. All prices are inclusive of GST. Please note that payment must be received prior to the dispatch of goods.Credit Card Payments will be shipped as soon as the order is picked and packed Shipping & Handling Shipping & handling costs are determined dependent on delivery location. If more items are purchased discounts may apply.
Shipments within Australia are sent via Courier charges are:NSW $15VIC-Melbourne $30TAS, NT, WA, QLD and SA $40 Courier company used is Parcelnet. We do not ship overseas. Return, Exchange and Damaged Goods Policy We do not give refunds if you change your mind, so please choose your goods carefully. All exchanges are subject to an additional $5.50 handling charge and postage costs, unless the goods are found to be damaged or faulty. If goods are found to be damaged or faulty, and we agree to an exchange or refund, we will send you a request for the damaged or faulty goods once received; Baby Sports will courier the new products to you. Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 14 days from despatch. All sale items and specials are non-refundable. We are happy to exchange goods if they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. You will need to pay cost of returning the goods and pay cost of having new goods shipped to you. For exchange items, we require your name, telephone number, fax number, delivery address and reason for return. Please contact us if you have not received your parcel. Please quote your order number as provided with your dispatch notice. If you receive an incomplete or damaged consignment, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
